I’ve just moved into the area , and was delighted with my experience . Everyone was charming , friendly and calm . Due to waiting in for a delivery I had to change my appointment time several times during the day which was dealt with in a very relaxed manner . Lauren is great … she coloured my hair and took time to explain the various options available to me .
A great cup of tea , good biscuits and even the offer of a free snack … I’ve never seen that before !
